What is Young Adult Ministry? 

The Young Adult Ministry is a group of men and women between the ages of 18 – 35 years old who desire to grow closer to God and to each other through service, prayer, and fellowship.

How often and where does the ministry gather?

We are open to suggestions as to when and how often to meet.

Why choose to volunteer for this ministry? 

The ages of 18 – 35 can be a time of great change, challenge, and growth. We help each other navigate this exciting time, and find God – and fun—in the process. It is a wonderful way to make friends, and grow closer to God and the parish community. This ministry is essential to St. Mary’s and our Franciscan spirit because the first followers of St. Francis of Assisi were young adults—men and women who were dissatisfied with a society based on money and power and were looking for a way of life-based on God, community, and service to the least among us.
