Periodically, we intersperse one of these experiences for the evening's usual Lectio Divina, Reflection in our Meditation Garden, Ignatian Imaginitive Prayer, Prayer Bell & Prayer Prayer Bowl, Centering Prayer or Contemplation of Scripture. St Mary’s Church in Pompton Lakes is seeking a Coordinator of Special Needs. St. Mary’s Catholic Church, a progressive Catholic community rooted in the Franciscan tradition is seeking a passionate, dynamic individual to be a part of our pastoral staff as the Coordinator of Special Needs Ministry. The ministry aims to support all those with special needs, children and adults, in all aspects of their spiritual growth as well as provide social events.

Las clases de inglés como lengua aprendida (ELL) se ofrecerán en la iglesia católica de St. Mary en Pompton Lakes, a partir del lunes 4 de marzo de 2019 a las 7:30 p. m. Las clases serán impartidas por maestros calificados que se reunirán con los estudiantes todos los lunes y miércoles por la noche, hasta el 15 de mayo. El costo de inscripción es de $ 25.00, que se pagará en el día de la inscripción, el 4 de Marzo. Se ofrecen tres niveles de instrucción: El Nivel 1, "Introducción al inglés" para aquellos con muy poco conocimiento y uso del inglés. El énfasis está en las oraciones simples y el reconocimiento y uso del vocabulario. El Nivel 2, "Clase Intermedia" para aquellos que tienen un conocimiento oral del idioma, y el Nivel 3, "Clase Avanzada" para aquellos que se sienten cómodos leyendo, escribiendo y hablando inglés. St. Mary's ha ofrecido este programa por más de 20 años, y muchos se han beneficiado económica y socialmente de su trabajo duro y su asistencia regular.
